Responsibilities included: Fixing everything that breaks 24/7, developing and managing the Peachtree Walk web site, resident communications, managing a part-time maintenance person and a full-time housekeeper. As a “hands-on” manager, I worked closely with all vendors -- first to ensure that they do what they are supposed to be do, but also to learn how they do it. That knowledge resulted in saving the Association many thousands of dollars.
